Prayer Wheel: An Exploration of Repetition
The repeated turning of the prayer wheel is not a mechanical action,
but a deliberate and conscious practice.
Although each rotation appears identical,
it never occurs at the same point in time.
The body changes, the mind shifts, and time continues to move forward.
Through repetition, attention is sustained.
Through circular motion, linear time is temporarily interrupted.
Within this continuous cycle,
the individual is not passively carried by time,
but engages with it through bodily rhythm,
using repetition as a form of meditation
to counter the experience of constant passage.
正因為重複,瞬間被延長;
