This exquisite Newari-style thangka depicts Green Tara, the embodiment of enlightened compassion and swift action, painted by master artist Rabindra Shakya. Using natural stone pigment and vegetable ink, the artist dedicated over three years to complete this masterpiece, reflecting devotion, precision, and immense craftsmanship. The canvas itself was traditionally handmade, giving the surface a unique texture—a hallmark of authentic thangka. Green Tara is shown at the center, radiating serenity and protective energy, seated on a vibrant lotus throne. Her right leg extends slightly forward, signifying her readiness to come to the aid of sentient beings.  This sacred painting is officially recognized with a copyright stamp issued by Khwopa Paubha Chwomi Pucha, ensuring its authenticity and cultural significance.
